TI 3AL-8V-6CR-4MO-4ZR / UNS R58640
Ti-3Al-8V-6Cr-4Mo-4Zr is a metastable beta alloy that is heat-treatable to a wide range of strength levels and used when particularly high strengths are needed along with light weight and corrosion resistance. Offers low elastic modules and excellent fatigue resistance
TI 6AL-2SN-4ZR-2MO / UNS #R54620
Ti 6Al-2Sn-4Zr-2Mo is a titanium alpha-beta alloy that was developed for use at elevated temperatures and has shown excellent creep resistance (time-dependent deformation) in applications up to 800°F (425°C).
Ti 6Al-6V-2Sn is a titanium alpha-beta alloy used as a higher strength alternative to standard Ti 6Al-4V because of its elevated alloy content, but that offers lower toughness and ductility.
TI15V3CR-3SN-3AL / UNS # R58153
Ti 15V-3Cr-3Sn-3Al is a titanium beta alloy that is highly heat-treatable to a wide range of mechanical properties with excellent cold-formability
Titanium Ti-Grade 9 (Ti 3A1-2,5V)
Ti 3Al-2.5V is a titanium near-alpha alloy that represents a good compromise between formability and strength. It is stronger than commercially pure titanium (at both room and elevated temperatures). Unlike Ti 6Al-4V, it has the ability to be cold-rolled. Also known as ASTM B348 Grade 9.
Titanium GRADE 3 CP2/UNS R50550
Ti CP Grade 3 has a higher tolerable level of oxygen than Grade 2, along with higher minimum strength requirements. Commercially pure titanium grades have high corrosion resistance, excellent biocompatibility and good formability. They are classified base on their yield strength and allowable levels of the elements iron, carbon, nitrogen, and oxygen level.
Titanium GRADE 2 CP3/UNS R50400
Ti CP Grade 2 has higher tolerable levels of iron and oxygen and is widely used because it combines excellent formability and moderate strength with superior corrosion resistance. It has a minimum yield strength of 275 Mpa (40 ksi), and relatively low levels of impurity elements, which places it between Grades 1 and 3 in terms of strength.
6AL-4V ELI GRADE 23 / UNS R56407
Ti-6Al-4V alloy is the most widely used titanium alloy of the alpha-plus-beta class, and is also the most common of all titanium alloys. This modification incorporates extra low interstitial (ELI). The wrought material is used in applications where moderate strength, good strength to weight, and favorable corrosion properties are required.
