Titanium CP GRADE 1 CP 4 / UNS R50250

Ti CP Grade 1 has the lowest strength and best ductility of the four primary ASTM grades due to its higher level of purity. Commercially pure titanium grades have high corrosion resistance, excellent biocompatibility and good formability. They are classified base on their yield strength and allowable levels of the elements iron, carbon, nitrogen, and oxygen level.

Titanium GRADE 4 CP1 /UNS R50700

Ti CP Grade 4 is the strongest grade of commercially pure titanium with good ductility, moderate formability, and has superior corrosion fatigue resistance in seawater. With the highest allowable oxygen and iron contents it combines the excellent resistance to corrosion and corrosion fatigue of titanium with high strength that makes it a candidate to compete with steels and nickel alloys for many applications.

Titanium GRADE 7/UNS R52400

Grade 7 Titanium (UNS R52400) with 0.1% palladium is similar to Grade 2, but with improved resistance to general and localized crevice corrosion in a wide range of reducing acid environments, including chlorides, and where low pH and high temperatures above 180ºF (83ºC) to 500ºF (260ºC) are prevalent

Titanium Ti-Grade 11 / R52550 / 3.7225

UNS R52250, titanium palladium alloy 3.7225, GR, 11, Titanium Grade 11, Ti Gr11 corrosion resistant alloy Ti Pd (Grade 11) is mechanically and physically equivalent to CP Ti (Grade 1), except with the addition of the interstitial element palladium. Ti Pd (grade 11) has excellent weldability and processability and is the most corrosion-resistant titanium alloy among all titanium alloys. In fact, it is the most resistant to corrosive reducing acids. On the basis of pure titanium GR1, 0.12% to 0.25% palladium is effectively added to achieve the excellent corrosion resistance of titanium-palladium alloy Gr11.

Ti-Grade 12 / R53400 / 3.7105

Grade 12 Titanium (UNS R53400) is lightly alloyed near-alpha alloy offering improved strength at elevated temperatures and optimum ASME Code design allowables. The material is readily weldable, and has superior crevice corrosion resistance. This material is very corrosion resistant in highly oxidizing and mildly reducing environments.

6AL-4V GRADE 5 / UNS R56400

Ti 6Al-4V offers a combination of high strength, light weight, formability and corrosion resistance which have made it the most commonly used titanium alloy. It is an alpha+beta alloy that is heat treatable to achieve moderate increases in strength and is recommended for use at service temperatures up to approximately 660°F (350°C). Ti 6Al-4V may be considered in any application where a combination of high strength at low to moderate temperatures, light weight and excellent corrosion resistance are required.
