Refining and continuous casting: Pretreatment of molten iron removes sulfur to less than 0.005%, the top and bottom double blowing process of the converter optimizes the purity of molten steel, and the continuous casting superheat is controlled at 20-25℃ to ensure grain refinement.
Thermomechanical rolling: The finishing rolling reduction ratio is ≥4.0, combined with intermittent cooling and coiling temperature ≥500℃, forming ferrite + pearlite structure to achieve strength and toughness matching.
Welding and forming: Welding can be completed without special pretreatment. Grade 80 and above grades meet complex forming requirements while maintaining high strength by optimizing alloy ratio.
