Inconel X-750 / NO07750 / 2.4663
InconelX-750 alloy is mainly a nickel-based high-temperature alloy that is aging-strengthened with V'[Ni3(A1, T, Nb)] phase.
It can also be used to manufacture parts such as gas turbine blades. Available varieties include plates, strips, bars, forgings, rings, wires and pipes.
Alloy 740 is a nickel-chromium-cobalt superalloy that is age-hardened by precipitation of gamma-phase primary and secondary phases.
After age-hardening, Alloy 740 exhibits very good high temperature strength at temperatures not exceeding 850 degrees Celsius.
Specifications and Availability :We can supply various specifications of plates, bars, forgings, strips, wires, round cakes, ring blanks and ring forgings.
Inconel 725 alloy is a nickel-indium-molybdenum-niobium alloy with excellent corrosion resistance.
Specifications and Availability :We can supply various specifications of plates, bars, forgings, strips, wires, round cakes, ring blanks and ring forgings.
Inconel 690 is an alloy mainly used for heat transfer tubes of steam generators in pressurized water reactor nuclear power plants. It is the core technology of steam generators
Specifications and Availability :We can supply various specifications of plates, bars, forgings, strips, wires, round cakes, ring blanks and ring forgings.
Inconel 617 is a nickel-cobalt-molybdenum alloy with excellent mechanical properties at high temperatures. The alloy is resistant to high temperature corrosion, such as oxidation and carburization.
Inconel 686 is a nickel-chromium-iron based solid solution strengthened alloy with good high temperature corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, excellent cold and hot processing and welding process performance, and satisfactory thermal strength and high plasticity below 700°C. The alloy can be strengthened by cold working, and can also be connected by resistance welding, fusion welding or brazing.
Inconel 625 is a solid solution strengthened nickel-based alloy with Ni-Cr as the basic element and the addition of M0 and Nb elements. Due to its excellent corrosion resistance and excellent heat resistance
properties, so it is widely used in complete sets of chemical equipment, waste incineration equipment, etc.
Alloy 600 is corrosion resistant to various corrosive media. The composition of chromium gives this alloy better corrosion resistance under oxidizing conditions than Nickel 99.2 (Alloy 200) and Nickel 99.2 (Alloy 201, low carbon). Particularly outstanding performance is its resistance to corrosion by dry chlorine and hydrogen chloride, with application temperatures up to 650°C. At high temperatures, the annealed and solution-treated alloys have good resistance to oxidation spalling and high strength in the air.
